Crockpot Beef Stew

Ingredients:
1 lb beef stew meat
1 tbsp. Watkins Grapeseed Oil
1 tsp. Watkins Sea Salt
1 tsp. Watkins Black Pepper
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup Watkins Beef Soup Base
1/3 cup Watkins Onion Soup Base
2 cups water
2 Watkins bay leaves
1 tsp. Watkins Organic thyme
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 large carrots, peeled and cut into 1 -inch chunks
1 cup frozen peas
Heat grapeseed oil in skillet over medium high heat, add stew meat, salt and pepper. Add onions and garlic, cook meat on both sides until browned. Drain fat and transfer all ingredients to crockpot. Add all vegetables and herbs. In a medium bowl whisk beef soup base and water, stirring until combined. Pour over contents of crockpot. Add more water if needed. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
